As a mobile driver, you are able to reset your password directly from the Mobile application using the phone number registered when you created your mobile account.

 

Please follow the steps below:

  • Open Shippeo's application
  • Click on the "Using your password" button

  • Tap on "Click here" link to reinitialize your password

  • Select your prefix in the list

  • Fill in the phone number saved at the account creation

  • Click on "Send me the code" button

  • Enter the code received by SMS

  • Choose your new password

  • Click on "Validate"

  • Enter your login and the new password defined previously

  • Click on "Login to your account" button

You should now have access to all the main dashboard.
