As a mobile driver, you are able to reset your password directly from the Mobile application using the phone number registered when you created your mobile account.
Please follow the steps below:
- Open Shippeo's application
- Click on the "Using your password" button
- Tap on "Click here" link to reinitialize your password
- Select your prefix in the list
- Fill in the phone number saved at the account creation
- Click on "Send me the code" button
- Enter the code received by SMS
- Choose your new password
- Click on "Validate"
- Enter your login and the new password defined previously
- Click on "Login to your account" button
You should now have access to all the main dashboard.
