It is sometimes useful to share the order/tour status with other parties who are not users of Shippeo. This article will explain you how the public link works:

Order Public Link

Received a link to your order?

Below, you will find some information on order links, sent via email or message. Public order links offer non-Shippeo users read access to track specific orders. This is helpful for colleagues without a Shippeo account, or for external customers following an order.

To view, simply open the shared link.

What information is displayed?

When you paste the link into a browser, you can view:

Tour Public link

For a third party, the tour's public link can be accessed through either messaging or email.

For Shippeo users, the tour's public link is conveniently accessible via the Tour Details page, which can be found by clicking the designated button located in the top right corner of the page.

We utilize the browser's preferred language if it is supported; otherwise, English is used.

On this page, you will find:

On the left section:

  • The current tour status
  • The name of the carrier
  • The name of the shipper

In the central section:

  • The Tour Overview, showcasing all tour stops
  • The event timeline

Additionally, the map displays:

Locations of tour stops

The truck's current position

Stops are color-coded based on their status, which is not only depicted on the map but also reflected in the Tour Overview:

  • Blue dot: Stop is validated
  • Black dot: Stop has not yet started
  • Grey dot: Stop is skipped
  •
