Received a link to your order?
Below, you will find some information on order links, sent via email or message. Public order links offer non-Shippeo users read access to track specific orders. This is helpful for colleagues without a Shippeo account, or for external customers following an order.
To view, simply open the shared link.
What information is displayed?
When you paste the link into a browser, you can view:
Find the current status, including the next scheduled slot and the calculated ETA. This information is usually highlighted in green.
History and Order Details
See all previous status updates and order details, including loading /delivery site and carrier.
Access all cargo information added to the order by the shipper.
View the current position of the resource, as well as all previous positions.
