Access the Help Center
There are two main ways to access the Help Center: through Shippeo's Web Platform or via the public Help Center. You must be a logged-in user to access our Help Center.
Through Shippeo's Web Platform
You need to be logged in to your Shippeo Web Platform. Once on the main page, you need to:
- Click on "Help" in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on "Help Center"
Through the public Help Center
If you are navigating our public Help Center, you may encounter a restricted area. This means that only logged-in users have access to this documentation. To log in, you need to:

Click on "Connexion" at the top right corner of the page.
Log In
Once in the login portal, you need to:
- Enter your ID and password
- Click on "Log In"
You should be redirected to the main page.
If you have a personalized login portal, please contact your account manager.

Forgotten Password
If you forget your password, follow the following steps:
- Click on "Forgot your password?"
- Enter your user ID
- Click on "Confirm".
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with steps to set up your new password.
