Change/modify the password.
Suppose you want to change your password. First, log in using your current password. Once you’re logged in:
- Click on the button showing your initials in the top right-hand corner of the page and click on "Account."
- Click on "Password." when the new window appears.
- Enter your old password and a new one (you will need to rewrite it in the confirmation field). You need to respect the criteria indicated to validate the new password.
Click on "Validate.
The red cross becomes the green validation logo when a criterion is validated.
Weren’t you able to change your password?
If you were not able to change or modify your password, please create a ticket with the following information:
- Account/Information (Profile) Screenshot: Provides support with the exact account information you wish to change.
- Account/Password Screenshot: Confirm that the new password criteria are validated.
- Error message and last email received: Please let us know if you have an error message, and if you have just changed your password, attach a screenshot of the previous email you received.
If you did not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail, or, if it is not there either, let us know which email address you are using.
