MY ONBOARD COMPUTER SUPPLIER IS NOT ON THE LIST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

From the form, select "other" in the list, then fill in the contact details of your contact at your publisher. We will then work with you and your publisher to develop a standard interface at our expense.

DO YOU OFFER TRAINING FOR OUR USERS?

We designed the Shippeo platform to be as intuitive as possible and allow new users to grips with the solution independently. Nevertheless, to guarantee a smooth start, a guided training session is available on the platform, and resources are available at any time in our HelpCenter.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ONBOARD COMPUTERS?

If you do not have an onboard computer and do not plan to equip yourself, it is possible to use the Shippeo mobile application for drivers. It is available free of charge on Android and iOS.
