Did you know that you can access wholly guided tutorials inside the Shippeo platform? You read it right! 

These tutorials guide you through the platform and help you perform the actions you may need. It means that it goes step by step alongside you to understand the process better. 

To activate them, 

  1. You have to click on the "Help" button, located in the upper right corner of the page, and then click on "Tutorials.
  2. A pop-up window will appear with all the available tutorials. Click on the desired tutorial to start the guided tour.
    • You can use the search toolbar to look for specific actions.


These tutorials include various topics, so we highly encourage you to check them out! You may find some deserving information among them that may fulfill your most burning questions.



Help Center - Our Shippeo's Knowledge Library

We also have a vast library of Shippeo Knowledge inside our Help Center with tons of valuable articles and downloadable content for your convenience. Additionally to our overviews and handbooks on using Shippeo, you will also discover some FAQs that can support you when you are stuck.

To access it, you have to click on the "Help" button, located in the upper right corner of the page, and then click on "Help Center." Here you can browse through the page or use the tool search bar for an easier search.

If you could not find what you were looking for using the other methods mentioned above and need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our support team.

To do so,

  1. Click on "Submit a Request" in the upper right corner of the Help Center and fill out the form or,
  2. On Shippeo's platform login page, click on "contact us."
  3. Fill out the form and click on "Submit."
