Shippeo offers online assistance directly through your Shippeo account should you have any inquiries regarding the utilisation of the platform or require assistance in locating information.

To get help, log in to your Shippeo account, click the Help button in the top right corner, and select Help Center.

 

You will be redirected to Shippeo's Helpcenter homepage:

 

 

If you need assistance or information, please use the search bar on our website to find articles and guides tailored to your needs. It helps you locate specific topics or general advice efficiently.

We also suggest visiting our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section, which addresses common queries and offers quick answers to help you navigate your inquiries more effectively.

Getting in touch with Shippeo's Support Team

If you could not find what you were looking for using the other method mentioned above, you can always contact our Support team.

To do so,

  1. Click on "Submit a Request" in the upper right corner of the Help Center
  2. Select the form your question / problem is related to
  3. Fill out the form, make sure to fill in all mandatory fields so our team can prioritize your request
  4. Click on "Submit." Your request will be assigned to a ticket number automatically in Shippeo's ticketing tool.

 

You can follow the status of your request in the Help center under My tickets menu. More information available here.
