Downloading the app
- App your app store or Google store app and search for "Shippeo Driver"
- Make sure automatic update is turned on and tap on "Install" button
How it works?
Shippeo offers 3 ways to start using the app.
Search for a given trip reference
- Open the app
- Tap on the button "search a trip"
- Enter the order reference that was share with you
- Ta on "Search for a Trip"
- Check if the trip shows on your screen is correct and tap "Start tracking".
- You are good to go
Login with Security code
- Open the app
- Tap on the button "Log in with security code"
- Enter the security code provided to you
- Enter the requested information. This could be your truck plate, username or phone number.
- Check that the trip is correct and press Start tracking.
- Check if the trip shows on your screen is correct and tap "Start tracking".
- You are good to go
Start tracking via URL
Via SMS, Whatsapp, or customer solution : solution under construction
Trip not found and errors
In some cases, you may encounter issues that prevent you from starting the tracking. Here are the main reasons:
- You entered the order/trip reference and the system is not able to find it : ask your dispatcher to check whether the trip is correctly configured.
- Yellow errors indicated that your phone settings are preventing the app to start the tracking : Follow the instructions to rectify the problem.
