FILTER NAME DESCRIPTION  FURTHER INFORMATION

Features

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on specific features such as: opened discussion, archived, has documents or no documents.
 

Status

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on their current status for Road or Ocean.

Resource

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the resource in charge of them.

Carrier

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the agency of the carrier.

Sites

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the loading and/or delivery sites.

  • You can filter the loading site by: postcode, city, name, street, and country.

 

Dates

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders on their planned loading and/or delivery date.

  • You can use pre-set dates
  • The "personalize" filter allows you to select a specific date.
 

Delay

 

  • Road: This filter allows you to select orders based on the delay estimated by Shippeo (ETA): late, none, on time or tolerable delay.
  • Ocean: This filter allows you to select orders based on their arrival and/or departure statuses: on time, with a delay of less than 4 days, late by more than 4 days or personalized.

 

Road problems

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the Road problems.

  • So, you can create an overview of the orders that are facing specific problems such as: a delay, a postponement, a lost GPS or a pending action.
  • You can also display orders without anomalies by checking the box “No anomalies”.
  • Postponement is the only filter that is triggered by the Carrier.

Tags

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on their tags.

Shipper

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the agency of the shipper that created them.

 

Transport mode

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on their mode of transportation.

  • Four transport modes are available on Shippeo: Road, Ocean, Parcel, Rail and Air.
  • This information is defined when the Shipper creates the order.
 

Goods

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on the status of the goods at loading and/or delivery: conform, non-compliant, or not provided.

 

References

 

  • This filter allows you to select orders based on some references defined at the creation of the orders by some shippers: contract number, transport type, custom.
