Dear valued customer, We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about an upcoming change in the way API requests are processed as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance Shippeo's system and provide you with the highest level of service.

What is Changing

Starting from 31st of May 2024, we are implementing an update to enhance the security measures of our system, leading to filtering only on secured (HTTPS) requests received on our API server.

This means that insecured (HTTP) requests will be rejected from end of May 2024.

Why is it Necessary

This change is necessary as we upgrade our infrastructure, in order to make it more scalable and for our upcoming ISO 27001 certification.

Action Required

For a seamless transition, we recommend adjusting the API calls from your systems to Shippeo by making sure they are all secured (HTTPS).

Timeline

We ask you to complete the necessary action before the 31st of May 2024 to avoid any disruption in service.

Support

If you have any questions or require assistance during this process, our support team is available to help. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance our services. We look forward to continuing to support your business.
