[Limited Availability: Please contact your Customer Success Manager]
- Container tracking page improvements: It’s now easier to access and add information.
- Consignment and client references are now displayed when received via orders-in
- The display of numbering on the map has been improved to make it easy to understand how far a container has progressed on its journey
- And multiple transshipments can now be collapsed in the timeline view to improve readability
- New “Not trackable” status for shipments with invalid carrier assigned: A new status for ocean shipments called “Not trackable” is now applied to all containers that can’t be tracked due to a customer providing an invalid ocean carrier, or when the SCAC or Container number is not known.
- New Ocean Profiles in the Back Office: Users can select a new ‘ocean’ user profile offering a dedicated platform experience tailored specifically to the needs of users managing ocean shipments.

ENHANCEMENTS TO CARBON VISIBILITY
Shippeo’s latest Spring Release brings new capabilities making calculations more accurate across all transport modes, and offering powerful insights needed to enable targeted emissions reductions.
- Ocean Carrier Intermodal CO2 calculations: Ocean container transport carbon calculations now take into account pre and/or post carriage legs when booked end to end with an ocean carrier, simplifying data collection for a more comprehensive picture of environmental impact, while identifying the most carbon-intensive, and potentially most expensive, legs for door-to-door shipments
- Biofuels & Electric Vehicle fuel types: It is now possible to select biofuel and electricity fuel types, to enhance calculation accuracy.
- Insetting support: Shippers can now override the default fuel type in Shippeo via orders-in, to support insetting. [Limited Availability: Please contact your Customer Success Manager]
- Data completeness dashboards: After launching the same feature for Ocean Visibility users last November, Road Visibility users can now also access a scorecard detailing how complete road shipment data is, identifying missing data, such as weight, truck size, fuel type, and more, to help users take steps to improve calculation accuracy
- Detailed dashboards for Road & Ocean: These emissions/performance-focused dashboards provide users with detailed carbon emissions metrics and insights for each type of transport. Users can view emissions split by leg (pre, main, or post), fuel type, etc.
NEW DEVELOPER PORTAL FOR MORE AUTONOMOUS API INTEGRATIONS AND MONITORING:
Our new developer portal offers developers a suite of tools for even simpler API integration:
- Full autonomy to interface: Access clear API documentation sorted by transport mode and use-case, examples and screenshots to illustrate steps, explanations of technical language used, and detailed swaggers enabling developers to interface with little to no additional support
- Authentication method selection: Users can choose between JWT or Oauth2 authentication methods
- Integration health monitoring: Self-service analytics, alerts and monitoring allow customers to autonomously check logs and dashboards to monitor the health of their API interfaces and debug errors.
