As part of our commitment to providing you with the best service and ensuring the security of your data, we would like to inform you about an upcoming change of our IP addresses.

What is Changing

We are implementing an update to enhance the security measures of our system, leading to modifications in the Shippeo IP addresses that your system may whitelist.

**Important Note**

Please be aware that the whitelisting of our API endpoints is not supported. This means that Shippeo has the flexibility to add or remove IP addresses at any given time.

Why is it Necessary

This change is necessary as we upgrade our infrastructure, in order to make it more scalable and for our upcoming ISO 27001 certification.

 

Action Required

To seamlessly transition to the new whitelist of IPs and avoid any service interruptions, please take the following actions:

  1. Review the New Whitelist of IPs :

    Attached to this communication is the updated list of IP addresses that have to be whitelisted on your end. Please review this list to ensure that it aligns with your organization's requirements.

  3. Communicate Changes Internally : If needed, inform your internal IT or technical teams about these changes to prevent any confusion and facilitate a smooth transition.

Timeline

The changes to the whitelist of IPs are already implemented. We ask you to complete the necessary actions before the 31st of March 2024 to avoid any disruption in service.
